Key Arena, located at 305 Harrison Street, Seattle, WA 98109, was completed in 1983 and is one of the oldest buildings in the NBA. Key Arena is owned by the city of Seattle and recently went under a renovation that cost approximately $110 million. The renovations were financed by city bonds with revenue paying off the bonds in the future. Key Bank agreed to naming rights on the building for 15 years in 1995 with annual payments around $1 million. The average ticket price at Key Arena is around $47 with the option of purchasing a ticket in one of the 58 luxury suites in the building or sitting in one of the 1,700 club level seats. Don’t let the average price fool you as there are good seats available for less than $20 throughout Key Arena. Key Arena has 22 concession stands and there are 250 television monitors located around the building.
